This page should answer any questions
you might have about how you are billed for the virtual private servers.
- Orders taken between Monday and Friday
take 1-2 business days to process. We require your setup fee and first month's service fee in advance before we can configure your server.
- Once your order has been processed, your
server configuration information will be sent to you via E-mail. We will
also E-mail your first invoice and a password allowing you to download
your virtual private server Users Guide. Printed copies can be requested
for $2.95 each (including shipping).
- All accounts are billed by the Calendar
month if you are paying with a credit card, or quarterly if you are
paying with a check. Your first invoice will include a one month
deposit, and the prorated fee for the first month.
- We accept Visa and MasterCard, Discover,
American Express. PayPal and Google Checkout.
- Note: If you change the configuration on
your server in such a way that it no longer works, we will fix it for
you for $65/hour with a 1 hour minimum.
